The chicken at KFC St Clair, has always been great, hot and fresh.However you will have to wait.Don't make the mistake of going inside to order, always use the drive through. What Anonym dislikes about KFC:
I am so wary of going to this KFC. I have emailed feedback on the form and never head anything back. There is always a long wait and the staff seem too busy being social with each other to concentrate on getting your order right. Even the managers don't seem to care. I had the worst experience at KFC ever. The food was undercooked and the chips were burnt. The computer at the Express checkout wasn't working either. It was the most terrible KFC visit I've had and I won't be going back.
Was in this kfc twice and both males eating is fresh and very fast service and friendly staff cooked
Didn’t receive my whole order when asked for a refund they said I can only get a replacement meal another day. This is not the first time too. The chicken was either dry or soaked in oil and the gravy just tasted like fat
Chicken that was not cooked and others said that. we will never buy from there again. the worst kfc we have visited
Don't order more than 2 burgers, it seems to confuse the staff. They ALWAYS get something wrong in an order. Just drive to the next closest KFC and save yourself a second trip back when they get your order wrong in drive thru. Couldn't even...apologise for the inconvenience.
