What User doesn't like about Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill:
Kelsey's use to be my go to restaurant growing up, but this has now changed. Since the renovations to the restaurant, the prices have gone way up! My friend ordered chicken fingers, and it didn't even come with fries as a side. That has to be purchased separately. I don't know about you but I have never heard if that before!
