Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

My wife and I had went in for dinner after a long tiring day. We were promptly seated and gave menu to look over. I guess I was grumpy and tired and was getting more irritated by the moment so after sitting for minutes.. which I timed) with no interaction from anyone, I said to hell with it and we got up and left. I said to the girl at front door to forget our spot as we waited too long. As we were getting into vehicle to leave, Dorothy the manager chased us down in parking lot and apologized for our lack of service. She was very sincere and apologetic and asked for a opportunity to make it right for us. After some discussion, we agreed to give it a try again. Sure glad we did as service and the food was outstanding, we will certainly be back to support this great business and am now satisfied with the whole ordeal. This is hands down the best restaurant experience in Niagara. From the first time I walked in years ago, until today my experience only gets better. Kelseys reminds me of cheers where “everybody knows your name”. The staff work extremely hard to maintain relationships...with their regulars and excel at welcoming new patrons. I’ve always said, if I didn’t work in Healthcare I’d work at this Kelseys. Oh and the food is fantastic. Extremely consistent, cooked to order, quick and delicious. Five stars for Kelsey’s!

My wife and I had lunch here last month. We had not been to this location in a few years and really liked the way that the restaurant had been totally renovated. Omar, our server, was excellent and gave us really prompt , friendly service....A very extensive menu offers many different options. The bacon ,chedar burger was very good, as was the huge grilled cheddar and bacon sandwich. We would definitely go back again.

Kelsey's use to be my go to restaurant growing up, but this has now changed. Since the renovations to the restaurant, the prices have gone way up! My friend ordered chicken fingers, and it didn't even come with fries as a side. That has to be purchased separately. I don't know about you but I have never heard if that before! I feel that Kelsey's is trying to be a more upscale restaurant then they realistically are. The food isn't really fresh, and has lowered in quality. I used to absolutely love the spinach and cheese dip but last time it just wasnt the same. I dont plan on going back, I much rather go to a non chain restaurant where I can get freshly made, better pub food.

Always friendly staff, inside/outside eating. Good value and great variety. We frequent Kelsey's because of consistent quality and service, and the foods generally served quickly.
