Uptown Scratch Kitchen - St. Augustine

As a local in St. Augustine, this place has amazing food, amazing specials, amazing atmosphere. The owner was there when we were and she was so lovely and friendly. The employees were so wonderful. We are recommending this place to everyone!!!

Some of the best food I have ever eaten. I had the mac and cheese and fried chicken. Unbelievable. The wait once we ordered was 35 minutes, which they told us up front. It's right next to a coffee shop so we had delicious drinks while we waited.

We had the fish and grits with shrimp and the fried chicken and rosemary fries and it was outstanding! What a great place surrounded by great coffee, wine and dessert across the street!

Outlawed in 49 states says a lot. Very addicting! Driving an hour from Jacksonville and happy to wait in line when I get here. The menu creator is a clebrity chef and it really comes though in taste and freshness in every dish. Hands down the best Grouper I have ever had. Mmmmm mouth watering now! Love it!

After reading the reviews of this place I decided I better give it a try... I 've been in the food industry for over 20 years and to say I 'm a 'foodie ' is an understatement! My husband and I arrived and it was scorching hot! He didn 't want to stay because he didn 't want to eat outside in the heat... I asked if we could eat inside the coffee house located there and they said yes! So we ordered the Philly Cheese and Shrimp Po 'Boy.... He delivered our food and let 's just say our tastebuds were in heaven!!!! That was hands down the very best Philly Cheesesteak I 've ever had!!!! You guys are doing a fantastic job out of that food truck and you deserve your own restaurant!!!!! It 's good to see your willing to put in the hard work in the heat to provide delicious food to the locals and tourists!!! I 'll be talking about this for a while!
