She clea... read more The owner is completely unaware of the guidelines regarding service dogs. When we informed her that our dog is a service animal, she asked us to leave. She clearly doesn't understand what questions she is allowed to ask! It’s evident she has no knowledge of the law regarding this issue. Her behavior was extremely rude, and she spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. An establishment cannot require documentation proving that your animal is trained, nor can they inquire about your disability. They are only permitted to ask what specific tasks the service dog performs. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

The seating area is located upstairs, where they often host live music and have a balcony that overlooks the street. The food prices are reasonable for St. Augustine.
