The service was outstandingly polite, and one gentleman went around to each table, asking how we were enjoying our meals and offering to clear plates and refill drinks. It was so nice to see someone who takes such pride in their job. A huge thank you to Jason for delivering fantastic service!

The staff at the counter were very friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. To add to our experience, the manager came out to check if we had everything we needed and to make sure our food was satisfactory. I found that incredibly thoughtful, as I’ve never encountered a manager in a fast-food restaurant taking the time to ensure customer satisfaction. We ordered the bucket of chicken meal along with some sides, and we will definitely be returning.

I had been excited about the KFC buffet with its all-you-can-eat options, but I realize that there may be changes due to COVID. I went hoping to appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant's interior. However, while I was placing my order, I noticed that none of the staff or management were wearing gloves, and they didn't wash their hands after handling non-food items. At one point, I even saw an employee scratch his head with his bare hands and then serve food to customers with those same hands.
