We tried to buy water for the homeless around the area from her cooler. We wanted 18 2 for each of the 9 people outside. She had about 45 bottles. They were marked $1.28 a bottle. While buying the first 8 she asked what they were for and when she found out she charged $2 a bottle which we paid. We came back for 10 more, and she said we could only buy 2 more because the rest were for her “customers.” Got it. View all feedback.
