I usually have a good experience when I eat at Tim Hortons, but today I had a disappointing experience at the Topsail Road location near Dollarama. When I went through the drive-thru, the man who served me was very rude. When I asked about their diet pop options, he responded in a curt manner and seemed unsure. Eventually, I ended up ordering a diet coke, but the lack of communication was frustrating.
Staff was friendly, and the food was fine. They gave me a Olympic donut when I asked for a vanilla dip.
Staff doesn’t know what they’re at. I ordered a toasted cheese bagel with bacon and butter and I was given a whole raw uncut bagel. Farmers wrap had no hash brown and was burnt. No selection of timbits and the coffee was burnt. Just awful. Like seriously?
