I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant. The staff is always very friendly and it's usually quick. However, I'm puzzled as to why this location treats budget customers differently. When they're short staffed, they close the Drive Thru. I get that it's a gas station, but that doesn't seem like a good reason to turn away customers. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Today was my first time stopping at this restaurant. I ordered a medium tea with 2 milks and a medium coffee. When I received my order at the window, I was given a small tea and a small coffee instead. The tea was alright, but the iced coffee was excessively sweet, even after stirring it. Coffee is good when it is made right. There's someone who is not putting sugar into the coffee or tea when ordering the last few times. They should not work there if they don't want to make orders right
There was a gentleman on drive through, and when I politely asked for a small , non-alcoholic water he happily agreed. He is definitely one of , if not the best fast food worker I have ever encountered . Thank you for your service sir, you have single handedly earned your restaurant this 5 star review !

Best Tim Horton's in St. John's for sure! The staff are always friendly. Coffee and food are always fresh and delicious. They're usually pretty busy, but the staff there manage to get orders out to customers very fast! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could!
These people are the hardest working Tim Horton's I have ever seen and it shows through the quality of their coffee and food !!! Worth the wait when busy !!!
