Wheel chairs and people with walkers are able to go in but it sickens me that the door next to the wheelchair parking is not accessible anymore. Its an exit only. People have to park in those spots and walk around the building to get inside. It's horrible that that door next to the parking spots are unavailable. Poor souls that can barely walk with a walker have to go such a great distance to get in the store. Terrible!!! Do better tim hortons.

They don't listen to customers, the coffee is cold most of the time, and if you call to complain, you are lied to and yelled at. I asked to speak to the manager, and the guy said to wait a second, then corrected himself and said he was the manager. When I asked about the sauce on my sandwich, they said mayo, but it turned out to have BBQ sauce which my girlfriend is allergic to. I recommend staying away from Tim Hortons on Harvey Road. Even employees at other locations have mentioned issues. They don't ask for your points card, they don't pay attention to their customers, and many of them don't speak English.
