Every time I go to this restaurant, something is always wrong. They don't listen to customers, the coffee is cold most of the time, and if you call to complain, you are lied to and yelled at. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
It seems like the staff at this restaurant is consistently unprepared and untrained. I have decided not to return to this location because every time I do, I find myself having to return for missing items or having drinks remade. I am currently waiting for a refund through the Tim's app since the supervisor was unable to assist me and didn't seem familiar with store policies. It appears that the staff either lacks pr... Ever since they started to brew giant containers of coffee, its no longer 15min fresh at the max.Not sure the last time I had a decent coffee.My favorite coffee shop is just mediocre now.

Sometimes the service is amazing and sometimes not. Got laughed at by the cashier for a good minute straight for using $3 in change… and then they forgot my donut. They normally always forget something so whatever, just thought it was very rude and uncalled for.
I picked up my box of donuts and headed out, filled with excitement at the thought of digging into my new stash of sweet treats.
