Of 29 juli 2022 at 20:30 clock the cojones team was more interested in serving drinks than eating. all food order processing was essentially at a standstill wit... read more Of 29 juli 2022 at 20:30 clock the cojones team was more interested in serving drinks than eating. all food order processing was essentially at a standstill with our waiting time over 1 hour to get everything except complementary chips and salsa. to begin our 8:30 reservation was not honored, we stayed to wait an additional 10-15 minutes, and for fast order, our eating was apparently not spun up to 8:54 pm, a proof of failure to carry out an order efficiently. we ordered afteros as app and mossquitoes, which are a question of throwing toppings and cheese and toasting for not more than 15-20 minutes (and that is generous) moose taquitos under the assumption that frozen for efficiency pre-prepared, could not be roasted and served within over 60 minutes? the manager delivered two commands of chips and salsa and after the expression of trouble, offered a third order of chips with queso this time. this insulted my guests from the province of a customer service to visit excellently, as this only makes the very expected nachos (which is also a buck of chips at the source of it) essentially undesirably after clogging with chips. we have brought our distress to the expression, frustration leads to profanity that leads to our exit. we drove to yellowbelly, where we were in and out under an hour when we sat and served immediately with appetizers that were released in a typical timely way.
