Very good and reliable chicken sandwich! My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger and enjoyed it. The ice usually looks very selected. Some of them looked like it was time to replace it.

Jami is a great manager. I'll follow her where she's ever going and continue to do it. I often come to see her. Team is friendly, speed needs some work, but I'm sure it comes there

I'm going through for a cookie and I've been changed too much. I discovered that after I was on I-59N and called 4 times. It would ring once and cut off each time. I tried to call later and it would ring 10 times, no answer and cut off. I didn't want the server on the btw 9:30-10 window to be in trouble because I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Not sure what to do. Please reply or contact.

This site has recently made some impressive improvements. Yes, there are occasional mistakes made.. However, the measures set out for the correction are much better and should not be mentioned. My daughter

Driving through Alabama and kept seeing the food signs for Jack 's. Had never heard of it so we stopped in to try it on 11/12 around 7:30. Everyone working there seemed clinically depressed. The guy at the register was the saddest of all. He rings you upand is also the one who assembles your plate. He moves at one pace. Slow, damn slow. I am talking a comedy television showexaggerated ridiculous slow. The sad cook had my burger under the lamp in about 3 minutes. Took poor Eeyore 20 more minutes tostart to assemble my wife 's chicken dinner onto a plate. When finally a sad person came from the back to finally help! But hehelps only the sad woman working the drive thru and got right in Eeyore 's way and SLOWED HIME EVEN MORE! There were only 4 of usin line and it should should have taken 5 minutes tops. This was not a pandemic We are short handed problem which one couldunderstand. Burger and chicken were good, not great. Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were tasteless.
