I wanted the 2 chickens for $20 which was advertised on a s... read more I went through the drive through to get dinner for 4 people and it was 7pm on a Tuesday in February. I wanted the 2 chickens for $20 which was advertised on a sign and was advised the promotion had finished, I asked about the sign and was told the promotion was finished do you want anything else. I bought 4 legends deals got to the payment window got told ohh we have run out of chicken strips is it ok if we give you nuggets instead, hell no if I wanted pretend chicken nuggets I would have gone to McDonalds so I left without food, also for the record the 2 for twenty deal finished on the 28/2/16 so was available when I went there, never again

Upon my arrival, I went through the drive-thru window and told them that I was there for a pick-up. I paid for my ordered meal and went my merry way back to work.While attending to my meal at my work place's lunch room, I opened the packaging and discovered that there was something different about my meal. I actually ordered 2x pineapple fritters, but instead was given a box of chips.I rang up the establishment and told them that I didn't want chips and that I couldn't be bothered to go back as my lunch break had almost finished. I stated that I would come by after work; I was told that I would be given some pineapple fritters then and there. So after a few hours or so, I came back and had my receipt with me and asked the counter for the manager. After about 5 minutes, I was given a box of 4 to 5 pineapple fritters.The best advice I could possibly give in this situation, is perhaps to follow common-sense if indeed that you decide to use the drive-through window; and especially check your order before driving off.

The chicken ('Fully Loaded' pack special deal) was enjoyable and hot, the chips well cooked and the whole restaurant very clean. Staff were friendly and quite efficient. I'll return.

My only suggestion is to hire more energetic workers during shifts to uphold the fast food standards.

The r... read more I usually don't eat at Red Rooster, but I stopped by for some chips and gravy for $2.50 and was pleasantly surprised. It was much more delicious than KFC. The restaurant was empty, but the staff was good. The chips were cooked fresh while I waited, and the gravy was extremely tasty.
