My only suggestion is to hire more energetic workers during shifts to uphold the fast food standards.

The r... read more I usually don't eat at Red Rooster, but I stopped by for some chips and gravy for $2.50 and was pleasantly surprised. It was much more delicious than KFC. The restaurant was empty, but the staff was good. The chips were cooked fresh while I waited, and the gravy was extremely tasty.

I wanted the 2 chickens for $20 who were advertised on a shield and was recommended to have finished the promotion, I asked about the...sign and was told that the promotion was finished, you want something else. I bought 4 legend deals to the payment window was told Ohh we got out of chicken strips it is ok if we give you nuggets instead of hell no if I wanted to pretend like chicken nuggets I would have gone to McDonalds so that without food, also for the record the 2 for twenty deal was completed on the 28/2/16 so when I left, never again

On my arrival I went through the Drive-Thru window and told them I was there for a pickup. I paid for my... ordered meal and went my happy way back to work. While I attended my meal in the lunch kitchen of my workplace, I opened the packaging and discovered that there was something else about my meal. I actually ordered 2x pineapple fritters, but instead a box of chips was given. I called the facility and told them I didn't want chips and that I couldn't be disturbed to go back because my lunch break was almost finished. I said I would come by after work; I was told that I would get some pineapple cake. After a few hours I came back and had my reception with me and asked the counter for the manager. After about 5 minutes I got a box of 4 to 5 pineapples. The best advice I could possibly give in this situation is perhaps to follow together if you actually decide to use the Browse window; and especially check your order before departure.
