Taco Casa - Springtown
Taco Casa
Description
A beloved, budget-friendly Mexican spot known for consistently fresh, loaded tacos, brisk service, pleasant staff and spotless, casual dining. Regulars praise the fast drive‑thru, hot food and signature iced tea, and rely on it for quick lunches and family meals. Complaints cite occasional order errors, missing or underfilled items, spotty attention from newer staff, refusal to sell guacamole separately, and early weekend closing hours — issues that temper an otherwise dependable, inexpensive neighborhood favorite.

When we don't feel like cooking, lot's of times we make a run to Taco Casa Springtown. They are on one side of the gas station. There's always several cars in line but it moves pretty fast. Food: 4 Service: 5

The kids they have working don't pay attention when preparing items, so you end up ruining a $68.00 western shirt and walk around in public all night with burrito grease stains on the front of your shirt because there wasn't time to drive 15 miles back home to change shirts. And what the hell is the deal with them closing at 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights? Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
The girl on DT OT window 11/11/24 3PM is the rudest person I have dealt with. She has no customer service skills. I called the manager and spoke to him about this, confident that he will not make a corrective action. If you don’t want to deal with the public don’t pursue a career in a customer driven business. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
