Wendy's has the best breakfast of any fast food restaurant in town. The West Kearney Wendy's is fast, workers are courteous friendly AND THE SAUSAGE EGG CHEESE BISCUIT IS THE BEST !!! Their biscuits are huge their eggs are fried. Biscuits gravy are delicious. I'm a new Wendy's customer, but I will definitely be a customer of this Wendy's for a long time. ANYBODY THAT HASN'T TRIED BREAKFAST AT WENDY'S IS MISSING OUT.
The plasters where old and warm, not hot as they should be. I ordered 2 double-burger meals to my order, they didn't want time there and either make a fresh patty or all 4 fresh. They told us they had only 3 big patties, so my number one couldn't be double. They had enough time to freshen the pattys they just didn't want. Let's not go back to this sweetie.
I just wanted to make a real scream out of the night team tonight. our author was amazing to handle a double order and included for as much as our order, they were very efficient to get our order out. good work!
I went in and ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Combo for breakfast, but they got my order wrong. Instead, I received a Chicken Sandwich that was so overcooked and dried out that I couldn't eat it without risking choking.
This restaurant seems to have a staff that really struggles with efficiency. During the lunch rush, I can't understand why there was only one cashier, who was then taken off to bag orders instead of helping customers. The place was packed, both inside and in the drive-thru, yet the staff acted as if everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, they got my straightforward order wrong and made me wait over 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
