I went in and ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Combo for breakfast, but they got my order wrong. Instead, I received a Chicken Sandwich that was so overcooked and dried out that I couldn't eat it without risking choking.

I visited the restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal but found it quite busy with drive-through orders. I stood at the counter for about 4 or 5 minutes while two employees walked by, assuring me that someone would assist me shortly. Eventually, I placed my order for a burger combo with small fries, which was very good, along with a medium strawberry Frosty. Unfortunately, the Frosty didn’t taste like strawberry at all. It was cold and refreshing, but I can only give it one star for flavor. I’m also giving one star for service during this visit. However, I’m willing to give the place another chance in the future.

I had a Mexican-style salad at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it didn't taste very good. I believe Wendy's should focus on what they do best: burgers. While I appreciate their effort to diversify the menu and attract a wider audience, I think it's important not to compromise their signature offerings. They should stick to their delicious burgers and concentrate on what they do best.

This restaurant seems to have a staff that really struggles with efficiency. During the lunch rush, I can't understand why there was only one cashier, who was then taken off to bag orders instead of helping customers. The place was packed, both inside and in the drive-thru, yet the staff acted as if everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, they got my straightforward order wrong and made me wait over 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this particular Wendy's. I've noticed that they've changed their staff completely three or four times in the last 6 to 9 months, both during morning and evening shifts. They consistently mess up my order or forget items. When I point this out, they respond rudely, as if I'm inconveniencing them by asking for ketchup, which should already be included in the bag. Instead of rectifying their mistakes, they take my name and address and claim that corporate will send me coupons in the mail. Out of at least seven times they've made this promise, I've only received coupons twice. I hope this new team has better customer service skills.
