They put way too much cheese on the fries, and it feels like they've decided to smother everything in a mix of ingredients. The staff appears to be overwhelmed, as they often go missing during busy times. The lines are always longer than they should be, and the food is just not good. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The manager informed me that she had forgotten my order, but it wasn’t busy enough to justify the delay. When my meal finally arrived, the sandwich was cold. I requested a refund, but the manager didn’t know how to process it. To make matters worse, the floor was slippery and greasy, which posed a safety hazard, especially since it was raining today. There were no visible warning signs. I will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonald's right next door instead.

The staff are rude, and I had to sit in the drive-thru for half an hour, only to be directed to a kiosk, where I waited an additional 15 minutes. I would highly recommend avoiding this Wendy's; they should seriously consider closing down.
