I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The coffee here is quite good, and the prices are fair. During my visit on July 20, 2022, I stopped for lunch with a few coworkers. We placed our orders right away, and our food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. What User dislikes about Wendy's:
This place sucks. I ordered one meal and they couldn’t even get that right. Charged me extra for cheese and didn’t even put it on my sandwich. Had me at the window for a few minutes and then parked me lol get it together Wendy’s. View all feedback.

The drive-thru attendant was very friendly and courteous. The food was hot and fresh, which is hard to come by these days. The fries were outstanding!

When I walked into this restaurant, I could tell it was going to be a challenging experience. The line moved at a snail's pace, and the staff seemed to be everywhere but where they needed to be. I noticed one guy returning to the counter three times, and someone from the drive-thru came back with an issue. It took nearly 10 minutes for my biggie bag to be prepared. The manager was vocal about her eagerness to leave, which didn’t inspire confidence. At one point, I saw an employee wandering behind the counter aimlessly, and he wasn’t even on the clock. The work area was a mess, with paper, wrappers, and a plastic bag strewn across the sandwich station. Overall, it felt like total chaos. The only reason I'm giving this a rating higher than two stars is that my food was prepared correctly and fresh. However, I’ll likely avoid this place in the future.

I really don't know why this Wendy's is so incompetent. They always ask me to pull up to trick their timers and then they make mistakes on very simple orders. 9/10 times I go there, a mistake is made, but usually multiple.
