The line moved at a snail's pace, and the staff seemed to be everywhere but where they needed to be. I noticed one guy returning to the counter three times, and someone from the drive-thru came back with an issue. It took nearly 10 minutes for my biggie bag to be prepared. The manager was vocal about her eagerness to leave, which didn’t inspire confidence. At one point, I saw an employee wandering behind the counter aimlessly, and he wasn’t even on the clock. The work area was a mess, with paper, wrappers, and a plastic bag strewn across the sandwich station. Overall, it felt like total chaos. The only reason I'm giving this a rating higher than two stars is that my food was prepared correctly and fresh. However, I’ll likely avoid this place in the future.

The coffee here is quite good, and the prices are fair. During my visit on July 20, 2022, I stopped for lunch with a few coworkers. We placed our orders right away, and our food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. The cashier was not only friendly and funny but also very professional. Overall, it was a great visit!
