It is a Wendy's, so if you must, then you must. But I'd literally pass on this one, and after your 17 minute wait in the drive through, you probably will too. 0/5. Pull the franchise or fix it.

Drove to the window and saw the people standing at the register right next to me and waited another 4 minutes before they opened the window and said I'm going to have to wait and closed it before I could respond. Call the number on the window and got a answering machine that you couldn't leave a message for that said call back m-f 8 to 5. I mean apparently the office doesn't even care to hear complaints if they don't happen during regular hours.

I could tell she was being dishones... read more Today at 9:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru, and the woman at the window immediately told me that their system was down. I could tell she was being dishonest. When I called her out on it, she insisted that the system wasn't actually down. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I was tired and hungry and felt she was not being truthful. The lights were off inside the restaurant, but I noticed that they are supposed to be open until 11 PM on Thursday nights.
