The manager was amazing! We had an $80 order with several different items, and he kept everything organized and remembered who ordered what! He made the experience truly enjoyable.

I take part of the blame for not double-checking the receipt and showing it to them. However, the staff could have done better by paying closer attention to my... read more I take part of the blame for not double-checking the receipt and showing it to them. However, the staff could have done better by paying closer attention to my order. Normally, I won’t complain, but the way this employee handled the situation was off-putting. She made it seem like I was in the wrong for asking about the extra chocolate milk, and her attitude was quite rude. Mistakes happen—everyone is human—but being disrespectful to customers isn’t acceptable. All of this could have been easily avoided if she had just checked the order, as I had actually paid an additional $1.69 for that second chocolate milk. By the end of it, I had two unhappy kids: one without her toy and the other without her chocolate milk. Despite this experience, we still enjoy Wendy's.

After a nine-hour road trip, I was eager to go inside and enjoy one, but unfortunately, the dining room was closed—only the drive-thru was available. This situation is a result of the actions of the multimillionaire politicians we've elected. I don't hold any blame against the fast food establishments for it.

My favorite place to get a bacon burger!
