What Coresta Andrew doesn't like about Taqueria El Paisa:
They have a drive up window which is cool. I ordered the cheese steak and there was hardly any cheese. The steak was cooked nice. Rice was bland. Beans were over mixed. We also ordered tacos and they were tiny. The salsa was green and didn't stick to the chips. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. Plus View all feedback. What Krista Mcewan likes about Taqueria El Paisa:
Beef tongue tacos A . The flavor was there and the cilantro and onions were fresh. I appreciated the caramelized onion. These might be the best tacos in Springfield. The rice and beans were good. I accidentally ordered ground beef tacos which is my fault as apart of my combo. I will be back and will be bringing my boyfriend and friends in the future. View all feedback.

read moreIn the heart of Springfield, a restaurant recently caught the attention of patrons, offering both drive-up convenience and indoor/outdoor seating. While some dishes, like tacos, received mixed reviews for their portion sizes and presentation, others, particularly the beef tongue tacos, earned high praise for their fresh flavors. The service generally stood out as excellent, though the environment faced criticism for its cleanliness and ambiance. Still, the enticing lunch buffet at an affordable price drew returning customers eager to enjoy authentically prepared Mexican cuisine. With homemade dishes and friendly staff, this eatery remains a promising gem worth a visit.
