Avoid this Taco Bell location, whether dining in or ordering delivery, if you actually want to receive your drink. I've ordered or visited this place multiple times since it’s the only affordable option nearby, and about 90% of the time, they fail to give me my drink.
The tables are way too close together. We couldn't maneuver the highchair out and then we couldn't get it to fit near the table. Very uncomfortable the dine in, but good was fine.
Avoid ordering hot sauce at the pickup window instead of the ordering counter. I only got two packets for three tacos. The employee was rude, shoving the bag and drinks in my mom’s face before we even paid. The drink had hardly any ice. At least they got my order right this time!
I visited Taco Bell with a small order, and the server was very friendly. While waiting, I noticed the lobby was exceptionally clean—much cleaner than any other Taco Bell or fast food place I've been to recently. I also appreciated the Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The real highlight was the fresh, warm nacho fries from the menu—I really dislike when they're stale. Additionally, the restroom was spotless, which is always a plus!
Went through the drive-thru to get dinner one night and as I was checking my food when I got home to make sure that they took out the item that I requested I saw that there was a few hairs in one of my burritos and a piece of metal in my crunchwrap. I'mglad I did not bite into it before checking it or I would have broke a tooth.
