The best burgers and fries around. Give the Whopper or a double cheeseburger a try—you won’t be let down. The fries are better than the competition as well. Friendly, hardworking staff. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Every time I visit this Burger King location to order a large fries, they seriously underfill the container.
The service was incredibly slow, and my burger was disappointing. It was dry and overloaded with mustard. If Burger King wants to satisfy their customers, they should prepare food with the same care they would for themselves or their families. Treating employees better might also help with staffing issues. Very disappointing experience.
Like most of my visits to this Burger King, the experience was disappointing. I ordered two Whoppers without mayo. When I received my order, I double-checked with the woman at the window if they were indeed mayo-free. She said yes, though she looked uncertain. After driving to the parking lot, I found mayo on both sandwiches. I returned to the line to report the mistake and asked for the order to be remade. I also requested that my fries and onion rings, which were now cold, be replaced with hot ones. Two mayo-free Whoppers were brought out, but no hot fries or onion rings. The same clerk who got the mayo wrong assumed I wanted the cold sides and made no offer to remake them. I paid over $26 for this messed-up order. I won’t be coming back to this Burger King. Avoid it!
I went to Burger King for lunch, but they were closed for some unclear reason. My husband called to ask when the lobby would reopen, and he was met with a rude response saying it would reopen when they get more staff. It only takes one person to run the cash register, so I don't understand why the lobby can't be open. Being rude to customers who are simply asking a question is unacceptable. Now there are two Burger King locations in the city that I won’t visit. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, but it seems they need to get their act together—first racism, now poor customer service. Most likely, I will never go to a Burger King again, no matter the location.
