A lady named Kim was incredibly helpful when I completely messed up my order; she saved the day. I believe every Taco Bell deserves someone like Kim. She sets the gold standard for customer service and truly provides five-star service. If I can help it, I won't go to any other Taco Bell except the one on Upper Valley Pike. However, I would consider visiting another location if Kim were to be transferred and promoted to district manager. Great job, Kim!

Every time I visit, my order is incorrect, and the service is slow, even when there’s no one in front of me in line. I find it frustrating that my food is consistently made wrong, especially since they seem to take their time preparing it. As a vegetarian, I always request a swap from meat to black beans, yet I've received steak and beef on several occasions. Additionally, when I ask for items without sour cream, they often come drenched in it. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies and need to make modifications to your order, I'd recommend avoiding this location, as they seem to do the exact opposite of what you request and take an eternity to serve it.
