I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and some potatoes, but I never received the potatoes. When I inquired about them, they simply brought me plain potatoes without any toppings. My father ordered the deluxe box, but it was incorrect—his gordita was missing cheese and spicy ranch, and his burrito consisted only of ham and lettuce. My brother ordered three tacos, but he seemed satisfied with his meal, so I won't comment on that. The staff appeared friendly, but overall, I cannot recommend dining here.

So some will have the tomatoes and sour cream you paid for, and the others will not but you still get charged for all supreme. And how would I know this you ask, am I a former employee? No. But it happens at every Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Every. One. Sometimes, you get zero that are supreme style. When you call to complain they don't even try hard to apologize for ripping you off as most people aren't going to pile back into the car and come back (and wait) to get their $6-$9 bucks back. Try harder Taco Bell.
