Open 24/7 system restarts at 4am so if you go around then it might be a 15 minute wait. Also they still serve regular menu items at that time. I can say from experiences at both that the quality of the food and the wait time is almost always better at this one. Portions are generally closer to reasonable (Face it, we're notgetting the 80's or 90's back in that regard. I always order through the app with special instructions to add things to myitems and they nail it 99% of the time here. Now, given the nature of the workforce situation post major COVID changes, thewait is largely dependent on not just who has been hired, but even who even shows up. There may be 3 people behind the counter(including the kitchen or six or seven. I have waited up on 20-40 min on some nights but usually no more than 10. I don't feellike wait time is a thing that can be accurately judged as things are around town currently. Edit: From 5 to 4 stars. The foodis still good but the service is becoming consistently worse. Between my last two visits, one I went to check on a mobile dinein order after 30 min of the order and the guy on the food line legit yelled at me about being busy unprompted. I then waitingabout another 10 minutes. Was given coupons as compensation. The next I decided to see if I could get my combo drink while Iwaited. App says the order is received an being made. They insist it isn't in their system and it takes time. They wouldn't givethe drink despite being shown my order. What is happening?

I questioned them and explained their sign says $19.99. One employee tried to tell me it was the tax. The other one didn?t knowwhat to do and went to the supervisor who proceeded to explain they had raised the prices the night before and that one didn?tget changed. I questioned them raising the price over $5? The manager was somewhat rude and just wanted to know if I stillwanted the tacos. I explained I was not paying $28 for 12 so he shut the window. I call today to verify because online it?s notshowing price increase. I call and was told $19.99. When I explained what happened she told Me they probably thought I meantsupreme tacos. I told her no. She cut me off and said she would let the manager know.
