I know food costs have gone up but between this and my quesorito with 6 pieces of meat this was ridiculous.

The posted hours say 8 AM to 4 PM, but whenever I place an order around 11, it gets canceled every time. I can't even complete an order. It seems like many othe... read more The posted hours say 8 AM to 4 PM, but whenever I place an order around 11, it gets canceled every time. I can't even complete an order. It seems like many others have had similar experiences. I will never visit another Taco Bell in Jumpfield again. You lack effort and seem to be working against your own customers. It’s frustrating that despite these consistent reviews, nothing has changed for the better. What a disappointment!

During my visit, I met one of the staff members who truly impressed me with her outstanding customer service and work ethic. I couldn't help but give her five stars for her excellent service and dedication.

Instead of ch... read more Additionally, when I mentioned that I ordered for myself but the name on the order was my husband's, the staff member didn’t acknowledge my order. Instead of checking, she insisted that I didn’t have an order, even when I showed her the confirmation from the app. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had, and I definitely won't be returning. I shouldn’t have been told not to come back—I was already planning to avoid this place due to their lack of customer service. Where was the manager during all of this? If that was her, she really needs better training or support.

The store is always clean and the crew is always friendly and helpful! Also the bathroom is always clean! My orders are always right when I receive it wether I?m in drive through or dining in and the food is always hot andwrapped nicely!! I recommend this Taco Bell for all 3 meals and snacks through the day!
