Taco Bell - Springfield

The cheesy gordita crunch was meant to be a nacho cheese Doritos Locos Taco, but it wasn't.

The restaurant does not allow customization for group taco orders. They have disabled additional specifications, which means you have to pay extra for individual tacos if you don’t want tomatoes.

I couldn’t get Sierra Mist syrup, so I had to settle for plain soda water instead. However, the food was quite tasty and appeared to be fresh!

The drive-thru was quite busy, so I opted to go inside instead. I ordered two burritos and was in and out in just five minutes. Everything was good, especially for Taco Bell. Sometimes, going inside is the better choice compared to the drive-thru. The service was quick and efficient! I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this location for an excellent Taco Bell experience.

I have the pleasure of dining here about three times a week, so I'm quite familiar with this place. The service is typically quick and accurate; I've only had one incorrect order out of around 50 visits. The staff is both efficient and friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean.
