The tall, thin employee is quite rude an... read more I would give this Subway a zero-star rating if I could. Every time I visit, I unfortunately find a hair in my sandwich. The tall, thin employee is quite rude and carelessly tosses your sandwich onto the table when he's finished preparing it. This behavior is very unprofessional. I used to frequent this location 3-4 times a week, but I can no longer bring myself to return.

I went to subway in Wal-Mart supercenter on Boston road in Springfield and I tried their grinders and they were very good and I tried one of their breads the It... read more I went to subway in Wal-Mart supercenter on Boston road in Springfield and I tried their grinders and they were very good and I tried one of their breads the Italian herbs and cheese and it was very good the employees did a very good job and I would go back their again and I would recommend subway grinder shop to everyone to go to.

I also asked for vegetables on one of the sandwic... read more I ordered food and specifically requested that they not toast the bread, but all the bread was toasted anyway. I also asked for vegetables on one of the sandwiches, but it only had lettuce and tomato. When I requested a remake, I was told they couldn't do it because the manager wasn’t available. I questioned what that had to do with fixing their mistake, but she repeated that she couldn’t remake the order without the manager's approval. She then informed me that she was out of the bread I had chosen and hung up on me. This was the worst experience I've ever had!
