Everyone orders their coffee in exactly the proper order. What stops them from ordering their subs with the same heart? Bread, Mayo (how many squirts? , Meat, Cheese, Veggies, Sauce. Drink? Chips? Subway Card?, Pay. Walk away. You will love your sanwich lunch like you love your latté breakfast. Try it this way. I promise, you'll be happier with your food.

I was there at 5... read more It's possible that others visited at different times than I did, but I didn't encounter the customer service problems that some have mentioned. I was there at 5:30 on a Saturday. While it wasn't an outstanding experience, it wasn't bad either—just average in terms of service. They got my bread and toppings right, asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, and were able to accommodate my request to upgrade my drink in the meal deal. I stopped during a road trip to a concert and wanted a medium drink, but it came with a small, probably because most customers are dining in and getting refills.

I was in food service many yrs when people were nice. What has happen. I never complain and no use now a days just keep ur mouth shut. Horrible!!!
