In today’s world, I feel it’s important to highlight the positive experiences I have. I want to commend your employee, Marcus, who was on shift on August 1, 2022, at 8:50 PM. He truly brightened my day with his cheerful demeanor and obvious pride in his work. Thank you, Marcus! Subway, please ensure he knows how much he is valued!

Although the quality of the vegetables can occasionally fluctuate, I genuinely enjoy the food overall.

The bread was stale and t... read more After spending over $20 on two sandwiches, one of which was meant to be toasted, I got home only to discover it wasn’t toasted at all. The bread was stale and tasted awful. I empathize with the employee who was working alone—he was nice—but the food quality was the main problem. My family and I typically eat at Subway three times a week or more, but after this experience, I will NEVER return to any Subway location. They’ve stopped offering flavored wraps, which I understand if they’re not popular anymore, but I would much rather go somewhere that guarantees good food, and if something is supposed to be toasted, it should actually be toasted. This was a complete waste of money. I plan to share my experience on social media to warn others not to spend their money here, especially at this location or any Subway, for that matter. As a dissatisfied customer, I felt it was important to voice my concerns.

We didn't receive any napkins, and when we asked for some, there was no one available to assist us. Additionally, there was an unsettling staff member named Reece who was extremely rude and gave off an uncomfortable vibe while taking orders.
