The manager on duty at 6:30 PM on 10/27/2022, who was referred to as Rob, clearly needs training in customer service and guidance. He appeared unfamiliar with the products and was quite rude. If possible, I recommend choosing a different Subway location.
I had a voucher for a 2-foot-long sub for $12.99 that I had just received in the mail a few days ago. However, when I tried to use it, the employees informed me that it wasn't valid for one of the two subs I chose. They mentioned something about it not being applicable "on 1-12," but didn't explain what that meant. If there were any restrictions, they should have been clearly stated on the voucher, as is standard practice. I won’t be returning.
The service is outstanding, and the interior has been recently refreshed! They always get my order right.
I received a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99 in the mail a few days ago, and it had no listed restrictions. However, when I tried to use it, the staff informed me that it couldn’t be applied to one of the subs I wanted to order. They mentioned it didn’t apply to “1-12,” whatever that means. If there were any limitations, they should have been clearly indicated on the coupon, as is usually expected. I will not be returning.
