However, when I tried to use it, the staff infor... read more I received a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99 in the mail a few days ago, and it had no listed restrictions. However, when I tried to use it, the staff informed me that it couldn’t be applied to one of the subs I wanted to order. They mentioned it didn’t apply to “1-12,” whatever that means. If there were any limitations, they should have been clearly indicated on the coupon, as is usually expected. I will not be returning.

They seemed unfamiliar with the menu items and displayed a rude demeanor. If it's not too much of an inconvenience, I would suggest opting for a different Subway location.
