The store is near my house so I?m a usual customer. I order online most of the time and never had an issue. Today I place online order and went to pick it up. M... read more The store is near my house so I?m a usual customer. I order online most of the time and never had an issue. Today I place online order and went to pick it up. My order was not there. I waited for a few minutes and ask. There were 4 staff, 2 Ethiopians, 1Asian and one black American, they all told me I picked it up or my family did. I said no I didn?t neither my family. Theywaited for few minutes and told me I ordered it in another place. I showed them my online order. Then they said they will makeme another one. Another lady /white/ come and said the same thing that she lost her order. No question asked the Ethiopian ladystopped doing my order and prepared the ladies order and gave it to her. When my prefer is ready before she gave me, theEthiopian guy come and start looking for the previous order saying he is sure they made it and some one picked it up. I askedwhy don?t you believe me when I said I did not picked it up. It took me 14min to get my order because they didn?t trust me. Iwas there at 7a and left at 7:14a. I wonder why it?s so hard for them to trust me like the other white lady who got her orderwith out any question? I asked them? Why? Is it because I?m black? It?s hard when your own people have a hard time trusting you.I love Starbucks but not anymore.

So I went back so they can fix it and they literally poured it to another cup and guess what stillthe same drink!
