Was Anonym at Starbucks a mag?
Do not park in their parking lot! Most customers ended up parking on the hill and walking up. The coffee was excellent and the establishment was clean, but there was simply no way to leave without going through the drive-thru. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Starbucks:
I've ordered from this place several times, usually getting a matcha latte. Unfortunately, it's always overly milky and never fully filled. I think it's better to head to another location or just hop across the street to Dunkin'. View all feedback.

I ordered a frappuccino, which is supposed to be a refreshing icy drink. Unfortunately, it was anything but that; it was very watery. I won't be returning to this place.

I realize this is a coffee place, however if you are going to offer sandwiches then you need to have them in stock. In the last month went to 2 separate locations in Springfield and both times they were out of all but 1 sandwich. Very frustrating.

Do not come to this location unless you have at least 20 minutes to waste. This is probably the third time this has happened to me, trying to get my drink before work. I do not blame the employees, it’s just a busy area and they don’t hire enough help apparently. This experience was the worst— mobile ordered my drink at like 2:28pm and it said estimated ready by 2:36. Well it wasn’t, no big deal. But I came back and at 2;50 still nothing and others are waiting. I ended up leaving without a drink after paying. Won’t come back here again until they hire more help
