Starbucks - Springfield

The location is convenient, but I often encounter different staff members each time I visit. I was fortunate to meet a few nice and helpful employees, but they have since left, and new faces have taken their place. Today, I went in for my usual coffee, but I noticed that the flavor has changed. The peppermint now tastes more like a spearmint syrup rather than the delightful wintergreen flavor I used to enjoy.

I'm not sure what changed, but it seems they've switched to a chai mix. I prefer tea bags over coffee.

I received the wrong order, but the waitstaff quickly won me over with their delicious green tea! The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly.

Stopped for Iced coffee and tea. This Starbucks had a nice location for highway traffic. A new person behind the counter slowed things a bit, but he made it just right. Decided on a Lemon Coffee Cake slice to go with our drinks, that was very good. The store appeared clean and well maintained. Recommend that if you have the desire and time when in their area, stop in.

Was disappointed closing time was 8! We were wanting to stop before going home get a cup of coffee! Even after hospital visiting hours! You are a great location in out of town.
