I ordered 20 red velvet cupcakes for an engagement party, and they were absolutely delicious! They were a huge hit at the event. The ladies at the bakery were very kind when I picked them up.
The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Their baked goods are delicious and made with wholesome ingredients—you can really taste the love in them. This is the only bakery I visit in Springfield when I don't have time to bake myself.
I ordered 20 brownies for my boyfriend's birthday, and they were all different sizes. Half of them were decent, but the other half were so small that it looked like they had been cut in half to create two portions. When I brought this up to the ladies at the counter, they just looked at me as if I were being unreasonable. To make matters worse, when we got home and tasted them, they were dry and lacked moisture.
Delicious variety of cupcakes and now they have cookies. We love this place. Very friendly and accommodating.
Not interested in supporting a business that literally ‘welcomes’ you by saying. ‘You here for a consult or something?’ I say, ‘No, I’d like to just pick up some cookies.’ Person looks at the time and says, well we aren’t open yet.’ I’m so confused- do you want business or not?
