The park has a children’s water park, plenty of picnic settings, fishing opportunities, and room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Numerous community events for the family are held in the park throughout the year. Plenty of free off-street parking.

Afterward, they en... read more This restaurant is a wonderful spot to bring children and grandchildren. I visited with three of my grandchildren and we had a lovely picnic. Afterward, they enjoyed playing in the water fun area and then moved on to the playground. It was convenient for them to go back and forth between the water area and the playground, with seating available for me to supervise them. The parking is close by as well. The park recently added a new area for children, a teaching garden with flowers and other attractions. In addition, there is a dog run, flower gardens, tennis courts, and a ball field. On the other end of the park, there are opportunities for canoeing and fishing, as well as various picnic areas. Overall, it is a fantastic place for families to enjoy together.
