We hired Smokin' Bob's for our wedding, and they were fantastic! They exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful to them.

This is some of the best BBQ we've ever had, and we eat BBQ quite often! The burnt ends and brisket were fantastic, and the beans were excellent too!

The food was fantastic, with a variety of flavorful sauces that complemented the delicious cuts of meat. The brisket, ribs, and pulled pork were absolutely incredible. The smoked cheesy corn was deeply flavorful, and the smoked mac and cheese was a delightful surprise that I'd never tried before. I would give it a perfect 10/10 and definitely plan to return! The prices were really reasonable too.

This is hands down the best BBQ I've ever had. I only wish I lived nearby so I could return for more!

We also tried the smoked mac and cheese, smoked beans, and pulled pork. Honestly, the beans could easily be a meal on their own—they had a nice kick, likely from jalapeño bits, and were packed with large chunks of meat. I absolutely loved them! The mac and cheese was delicious too, with a subtle smokiness that didn’t overpower the dish, which can sometimes happen. The pulled pork was good, but it was outshined by the burnt ends—I just wanted more of those flavorful pieces! There were actually more burnt ends than shown in the photo, but I have to admit, I snuck some on the way home! The sauces were sweet, and even the hot sauce had a sweetness balanced by heat at the finish. If I were dining in, I’d go for the hot sauce, but I might skip it for takeout to save room for their sauces at home. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’m so happy to have finally found a great BBQ spot in Springfield—I only wish I’d discovered it sooner. P.S. My partner loved the smoked cheesy corn and said it was delicious. I didn’t try any since cheesy corn isn’t my thing, and, to be honest, he finished it before I could even ask for a bite!
