It was my first time ordering and I was asking a lot of questions to the lady on the phone , she was also receiving multiple phone calls , she did not give me attitude or get frustrated, she was very patient.

I ordered a hamburger with mayo, tomato, and lettuce, but received it without mayo, leaving me with a dry burger and bun. I also ordered BBQ wings, but I only got drumsticks. This is really disappointing and disrespectful. I won't be ordering from here again.

I called back to place an order after I missed their call, and the first thing they told me was that they no longer accept orders from me. It was extremely rude! As a result, I ended up having no food for my hungry kids since I had just gotten home from work and was hoping to order something for them.
