It’s rather surprising that with two new menu items, the management didn’t prepare adequately for lunchtime. Instead of enjoying a nice meal, I ended up ordering something small and leaving disappointed. You lost a significant order that I intended to place for my office. I didn’t leave a tip either, as I believe this reflects poorly on the management. If the menu isn’t properly prepared, your staff may suffer from lost tips and customers will understandably be frustrated.

I like some of the food, but it is ridiculous that they still have no gluten free options. It's also soooo expensive for what you get! I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal forcoffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan likethat, this place is too rich for me!

As a DoorDash delivery driver, I visit this restaurant regularly, and I can confidently say they excel at getting orders out quickly and accurately. The staff is consistently friendly and maintains a positive attitude. I highly recommend this location!

I really appreciate the healthy options that Panera offers. The food is delicious, and most of the time, it's ready when they say it will be. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy quality food. However, accuracy is not one of their strong suits. I travel frequently, and Panera is one of my go-to spots for a meal, but I've noticed that receiving exactly what you ordered can often be a challenge. Given the current climate where good help is hard to find, I’m not going to be too hard on them about this. I would just advise everyone to check your to-go orders before leaving the restaurant, as there's about a 50/50 chance it might not be correct. Not in a completely wrong way—like receiving a totally different item—but for instance, if you order a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs instead of over easy, you might get scrambled, over easy, or even both. Sometimes, you might even end up with no egg at all. I could share many examples, but considering the current employment situation, I don’t anticipate improvements anytime soon. On the bright side, the staff is always very friendly and quick to fix any mistakes, and the food is just so good. They didn't used to have these issues before the pandemic, so I attribute it mainly to the challenges of finding reliable staff nowadays. As for everything else, I'd rate them between 4 and 5 stars.
