the avocado in my sandwich was black and the sandwich was unusable for him. I called the load for a refund and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. on the picture, this is all the lazy avocado I took out of the sandwich. View all feedback.
This is a wonderful Panera! The employees are always welcoming and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with order pickups or dining in. They have hot coffee with everything you need to make it perfect. They also package everything carefully and make sure you leave happy.
This is one of my wife's favorite places to eat, we had pretty much stopped going because they had some very unfriendly staff. We stopped in last night super awesome staff now friendly and helpful. The food is the same, after all it is a chain restaurant. Definitely worth the stop
I like this store a lot. Not sure why things changed recently but I didn't feel like a customer. Ordered a coffee on the app so I can walk in, go to the pick up shelf and go. Just a receipt with my name and an empty cup. Why order on the app if you have to come in and do the job yourself. Should I wipe down a few tables and sweep while I am at it too?
I've been here four times as I travelled and I really enjoy this Panera. It is a sugar cane syrup out location which is always a good start! The interior is a little dated but it's still comfortable and I like the shared building with the library. -Mahoney
Good place to come for breakfast and a cup of coffee with friends for a long visit. The furniture is comfortable, but the place could use a face lift.
