I can... read more I enjoy some of the food here, but it's frustrating that they still don't offer any gluten-free options. The prices are also quite steep for what you get! I can only afford to eat here very occasionally. I used to come regularly with a friend when we had the sip deal for coffee and tea, and we would meet once a week between classes to study and catch up. However, without a regular plan like that, this place is too pricey for me!

However, over the past year, it has become the worst Panera in Springfield. At least every third time I go, my order is incorrect. My most recent visit was particularly disappointing. I ordered a you-pick-two and received my salad, but instead of half a tuna salad sandwich, all I got was a piece of bread and a few slices of chicken breast. I’m really puzzled about how this went through quality control, as it didn’t meet any standard...
