Not that the wait was a problem but the cashier was extremely rude to the customer in front of us and not once apologized to the old fellow in front of us. Staff here is amazing and fun. The food wasn't the best looking or tasting to my liking but it also had a decent price value. I tried a yogurt smoothie and as with most places I'm disappointed with no enough fruit and a bland flavor. My niece had the Chicken Noodle Bread Bowl, she said it was okay.
CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Unfortunately, this location consistently does not give you all the food you ordered and paid for, or gives you the wrong things. I'd say 75% of the time they miss things. In the past, I've called them about it and they've been dismissive and even if I drive back over there, they do not offer coupons, apologies, nothing. Just have to spend another 20+ minutes in the car to get the food I paid for. I don't know why this is such a consistent issue at this location.
Tried the pepperoni flatbread today. I enjoyed it but found it a bit pricey. Great place to study and work in a casual environment. Staff was super helpful and kind.

We just recently ordered a curb side to go order and we got Mac n cheese and a sandwich with another side of Mac and we waited for about 20 minutes because we understand the food industry, we’ve both worked in it and I’ve managed a restaurant even so we were patient. However we had to check in twice, through the confirmation email and again on the app, 15 minutes after the initial check in. We called and the person that answered the phone says “did you have a curbside order?” That’s it. No “he … – show
Very disappointed in my experience today. I placed a $40 online order and when I got home my cookie was missing and the cappuccinos didn’t have the requested vanilla syrup I paid for. The turkey bravo bacon sandwiches didn’t have any bacon on them or the sauces I selected and the mac was cold, this is the second time something like this has happened at this store. Went there during the snow. The sandwich was wrong. I would've went inside to fix it but the lady had a massive attitude problem and I didn't want to deal with her. Probably not going back.
The tomato soup and flatbread pizza are fantastic! This time, we also tried some muffins. The loaded teas have become a favorite for our family.
In my opinion, most Panera Bread locations are quite similar. However, I had a couple of issues during my visit. My to-go order took much longer than expected, and when I arrived, they happened to be out of bread bowls and cheddar broccoli soup. This made things quite challenging, especially since I had placed my order online and they didn’t have either item available.

The Green Goddess salad is amazing - definitely try the mac and cheese, it's a hit with my kids! The Green Tea Papaya mixed with Strawberry Mint Tea was also delicious.
I was the only car in the drive thru 1:20 pm, with the pay window left wide open I could see the person preparing my salad, waving his hands to shew flys and working on a dirty surface. I asked for a refund. I got lunch elsewhere.
We have just recently ordered a lock to order and we have mac n cheese and a sandwich with another side of mac and we waited for about 20 minutes because we understand the food industry, we have both worked in it and I have managed a restaurant also so that we were patient. However, we had to check twice, via the confirmation email and back on the app, 15 minutes after the first check-in. we called and the person who answered the phone says: “Do they have a lock-up?” that is it. No “Hello” not a “thanks for the call...” nothing. we only answered “yes” because we did not know what to say, and they said: “ok i’ll bring it out” and hangs up. we just looked at ourselves bluntly because we didn't even experience such bad customer service at a mcdonalds. they come out and try to give me the bag and drink at the same time and they didn't even say anything. I said hi and she just lazy hi and I took the bag and our drink and they just went away. To be honest, the worst customer experience I had in every restaurant.
Staff was friendly. Patient with our large family order. We typically drive a little out of the way just for this location vs other locations in town.
I told the cashier twice no chicken on my salad. We noticed on the receipt that it didn't say no chicken. When I asked her about it she said there is a different button for salad with chicken and without. My salad came out with chicken, I immediately told the server I asked for no chicken and she took the salad back. It came out 30 seconds later and they had obviously just took the large chicken pieces off and there were still chicken bits in the salad. I went up to the server explained I'm a vegetarian and asked for a new salad. She then came back and literally dropped it off on the table, rattling the plate and left without saying a word.
