I've spent tons of money over the years and have given them a lot of business from recommendation. They've messed my order up several times, and then act rudely and do nothing to rectify the ONE time I called about it. No more business from me. Check out Abe's takeout for your Springfield delivery needs instead. They're local and have way better customer service. Nobody's perfect, but they'll at least acknowledge and correct a wrong order. gave them another chance and order messed up and person that answered phone was again rude, and did nothing to rectify again. I used to order 1-2 times a week. I'll continue going back to using Abe's Takeout.
My opinion: purchased a gift card from them for a relative based on their advertised Springfield restaurant availability. Turns out to be completely false. Relative spent hours trying to get a restaurant that would accept it, tried contacting customer service which refused to answer or respond. Worthless. Now a credit card disputed bill. And will be reported to AG's office.
Always had great quick service. Never a problem. Food always hot. Glad they are in business. It helps me out a lot when I cant get out.
Horrifying service! Worst delivery service in the city. Do yourself a favor and call the other guys because the girls answering the phone at this one are total idiots. They get your order wrong every single time. And to top it all off...they shook my soda so that it exploded all over my hotel room. When I called to ask them to reimburse my money....they laughed at me. That's right! They thought it was funny. Well the hotel didn't think it was funny at all, so they won't be delivering here anymore. :
After a few disappointing experiences, I decided to give this restaurant one last chance before walking away for good. In the past, I had faced long wait times, and when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and unappetizing—who wants a soggy burrito? This time, we ordered a full dinner along with desserts for our Sunday meal. The food arrived promptly, but unfortunately, one of the desserts was missing. I called within minutes, and the person on the phone immediately acknowledged the missing item. However, there was no apology; he just mentioned that they were overwhelmed with orders and didn’t have time to notify me that the restaurant had run out of that dessert. I explained that I would have chosen something else if I had known, and the only response I got was that they were really busy. He offered to refund the item, but I would have preferred to enjoy my dessert. It seems like customer service goes out the window when they’re busy. I suggest sticking to services like Mr. Delivery or waiting for Uber Eats to resume.
