When we ask, they say they d... read more Every time we leave, it's 8 o'clock, even though we know they close at 9. They would rather turn customers away to make more money. When we ask, they say they don't do orders after 7:45. They had more than an hour before closing, but they are too lazy to serve a few more customers. They had already cleaned up to close. This happened every time we went there. They treat us as if we are dumb for not understanding why they won't stay open a little longer for a few more customers. So, regardless of what they say, I will never go there again.

I attempted to explain that I live half an hour away and wanted to order a family meal of fish. The person on the phone said they were out of hush puppies, and I suggested substituting them with biscuits. When my mother-in-law arrived to pick up the order, she found that they were also out of gravy and coleslaw. In the end, we received 8 pieces of fish, a side of mashed potatoes, and 14 biscuits for $30. To top it off, they were closing at 9 PM without any reason, despite their website stating that they close at 10 PM.

It is clear that the staff at this restaurant set their own hours, as the sign said they open at 11 but when I entered, the doors were unlocked and no one came... read more It is clear that the staff at this restaurant set their own hours, as the sign said they open at 11 but when I entered, the doors were unlocked and no one came to assist me. After asking if they were open, I was told they were technically open around 11 but had only one person working, so they moved the opening time to 11:30. It was 11:19 at the time and the person I spoke to mentioned they didn't have any products ready. I had driven across the city to dine at this place, and I left feeling very disappointed.
