After asking if they were open, I was told they were technically open around 11 but had only one person working, so they moved the opening time to 11:30. It was 11:19 at the time and the person I spoke to mentioned they didn't have any products ready. I had driven across the city to dine at this place, and I left feeling very disappointed.

The fries were either cooked... read more Notice: dine-in is not available as of August 2022! The chicken tenders I ordered were soggy and most parts of the meat were mushy. The fries were either cooked in old grease or they were sitting out for some time. The biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, and drinks are good. Customer service was very good as well.

I attempted to explain that I live half an hour away and wanted to order a family meal of fish. The person on the phone said they were out of hush puppies, and I suggested substituting them with biscuits. When my mother-in-law arrived to pick up the order, she found that they were also out of gravy and coleslaw. In the end, we received 8 pieces of fish, a side of mashed potatoes, and 14 biscuits for $30. To top it off, they were closing at 9 PM without any reason, despite their website stating that they close at 10 PM.
