The... read more I absolutely love KFC, and even though this particular location is over an hour away from me, I make it a point to stop by whenever I visit a friend nearby. The plant-based chicken is incredible! I've had it twice already and can't wait to have it again. I really wish there was a KFC closer to me in Buffalo, Missouri—hint, hint! Seriously, please keep the plant-based chicken on the menu forever! I still enjoy a classic bucket of original recipe, but having this plant-based option is truly fantastic.

Every other restaurant in town has done so, except for KFC. I don't understand why they remodeled all their dining spaces if they didn't intend to open them.
