We chose our order based on the online menu, but when we arrived, the staff said it was a mistake. Despite this, they still charged my husband separately for his items. We paid over $8 for 4 chicken tenders and $3.29 for a dipping sauce. Additionally, the family meal box of chicken with sides cost $29.99, bringing our total to over $45. The staff member even initially refused to provide a receipt, but I had to show him a screenshot of the online menu with the prices and items listed. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

She gave us a dirty look when we me... read more I placed an online order and had to pick it up at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was extremely rude and unpleasant. She gave us a dirty look when we mentioned they forgot our sauces. To make matters worse, when we got home, we found our cold coleslaw mixed in with the hot mashed potatoes and gravy. We have no intention of returning to this KFC.

And then I was given a few measly pieces of chicken. Really disappointed and i wouldn't suggest or recommend eating there. Better kfc across town on Kansas expressway.
