Kfc - Springfield

I placed an online order and had to pick it up at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was extremely rude and unpleasant. She gave us a dirty look when we mentioned they forgot our sauces. To make matters worse, when we got home, we found our cold coleslaw mixed in with the hot mashed potatoes and gravy. We have no intention of returning to this KFC.

I am only giving this restaurant one star because I cannot give it zero stars. We chose our order based on the online menu, but when we arrived, the staff said it was a mistake. Despite this, they still charged my husband separately for his items. We paid over $8 for 4 chicken tenders and $3.29 for a dipping sauce. Additionally, the family meal box of chicken with sides cost $29.99, bringing our total to over $45. The staff member even initially refused to provide a receipt, but I had to show him a screenshot of the online menu with the prices and items listed. I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

The food is delicious, but the service is somewhat rude.

I enjoyed eating it in Korea, but it's delicious in America, too!

My order is always wrong. This is the third time where I ordered no gravy and receive it with gravy. I ordered crispy chicken and received original this last time too. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.
