On my last three vi... read more I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this restaurant. The service is always slow, and the staff doesn't come off as welcoming. On my last three visits, I was informed they were out of chicken for their famous bowl—quite ironic considering chicken is a key ingredient. If they are running low, they should be creative enough to provide a substitute, like chopped tenders, to keep customers happy. While I do enjoy their fries, they often come out overcooked, cold, or obviously stale from sitting too long. Overall, I'm left feeling frustrated because all I wanted was a decent meal.

When I paid with a $10 bill, the cashier informed me that they only accept exact change or credit cards. I pointed out that if other customers could pay with exact change, there should be 58 cents in the register. However, she stood by the policy and insisted that only exact change was allowed. Feeling frustrated, I chose to cancel my order and leave, and I won't be coming back. I find this policy to be entirely unreasonable.

What is advertised as a five-dollar... read more The parking lot is poorly maintained and chaotic. The ordering kiosk is partly broken, and the prices shown are misleading. What is advertised as a five-dollar meal actually costs $10, and includes just one chicken breast, a small serving of bland mashed potatoes, a drink, and a pre-packaged cookie. While the chicken was decent, there are many other places where I can get two pieces of chicken with a full meal for only $6. I won’t be coming back to KFC.

If you’re interested in a menu featuring overcooked chicken from a less-than-clean kitchen and don’t mind slow service while paying $50 for 12 pieces, then this is the place for you.
