I took my boyfriend to Kai for his birthday and it was such a great experience! The setting and ambiance was incredible- luxurious and upbeat looking with an addition of intimacy, but definitely felt a welcome atmosphere. Anyone and everyone can vibe at Kai! The food is sooooooo good! The service wasn't great the last two times I've been and I've only been twice. The atmosphere is great if it were a salon, but it's kind of too dark to read the menus. ? View all feedback.
Called for 20 minutes an no one ever answered. Phone rang the whole time. Not sure how you’re supposed to accept reservations and get more customers.
Kai after dark is amazing! Very elegant, food is exquisite and appetizing. Not too mention the TOP quality service big shout to James ??? !! Kai after dark Manger even checked on us, making sure we had an amazing time.If you want mouthwatering sushi this is the best spot in town
This is a must for us when we visit town. Delicious food, great service and the atmosphere is lovely. Our service has always been excellent, the last time we went, I left my cell on the table and barely made it out the door before a kind employee ran our to return it to me. That's the type of establishment I can recommend. The food is always heavenly and the service is efficient and friendly, but not intrusive. The drinks have been great, when we've had them. Can't recommend it enough.
We’ve always had great experiences here till tonight. We were double charged for our lobster rangoons. Wasn’t a huge deal. We had a gift card anyway. Nope. Apparently they switched owners just last week and decided not to honor gift cards any more. So in addition to having to pay for our over-charged meal we lost all the money on our gift card. One star is for the new owners. What a sad note to end my birthday on…
