The port... read more It had been some time since we last dined at this restaurant. I opted for a lunch portion of sweet and sour chicken with all white meat and fried rice. The portion size was just right. The food was perfectly cooked and fresh. Surprisingly, it was not crowded for a Friday at noon. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. I had no complaints about Jade East.

However, I hadn't... read more The chicken was overpriced, tough, and lacked flavor. I had dined here a few times in the past when the food was decent and reasonably priced. However, I hadn't visited in over a year, and while the price increase is understandable due to inflation, it’s unacceptable when the quality of the food has also declined. Overall, my dinner was disappointing, and I won't be returning.

My soup has almost nothing in it, our lo mein was made with spaghetti noodles, both our pork fried rice and beef lo mein has just a few pieces of meat and hardly no veg, my egg roll was burnt, and the crab Rangoon was dessert sweet. I almost called to try and get my money back because I had to recook the rice just so it had some flavor. I did not bother just won't go back. Springfield has plenty of other choices
